Sara joined AXA in January 2000 as a P&C Actuary. After several positions in Audit team and in Marketing department, she has been named Customer Director in 2013. Her department’s aim is to put customers at the heart of our business, by:
§ Enriching customer knowledge so as to propose differentiating services and innovative offers adapted to each customer’s needs
§ Integrating customer experience as a key driver to developing business in all Lines of Business.
